Serverstream's infrastructure
is located in three diverse world-class Data Centre facilities in London's
Docklands. Our data centres meet the high security and protection demands
of any Internet presence. Our Data Centres have redundant systems for
connectivity,
electrical power, air conditioning and fire suppression to ensure that
your Internet presence is always available. The Data Centres are monitored
24 hours per day, 7 days per week and 365 days per year.
All staff
are
committed and trained to provide you with continual, high-level network
monitoring and load management of your connection. In addition, there
is engineering support for outage response and network performance
analysis.

Power
and Air Conditioning:
Right
from the start, the power supplies were designed with several criteria
in mind: very high capacity, stability, reliability and scope for
easy expansion. The facility has a 2 Megawatt power supply, with
Uninterruptible
Power Supply (UPS) systems plus two further diverse mains supplies
with circuit breaker protection, and
an on-site generator in the unlikely event of long-term power outages.
Security:
There
is a
high-security system that includes 24 x 7 monitoring by on-site personnel,
video camera surveillance and a security breach alarm.
Access to the Internet data centre is by electronic tag, and each
instance of access to Serverstream areas are logged by time and
date.

Network:
|
Our
network provides customers with high speed, high quality Internet
transit connectivity to European, North American and the "rest-of-the-world"
(ROW) Internet domains with guarantees for performance parameters
within the network.
Our backbone service interconnects our customers with main internet
exchanges and other top-level international backbone providers. Customers
connected to the backbone obtain any-to-any connectivity within a
pre-defined routing policy, which provides comprehensive internet
reach and throughput. |
